1) After clicking the print icon within acrobat, select
Landscape(may be in properties top right)
2) pages per sheet 2 by 1
3) copies 1
3) pages 20,1
4) continue by changing the pages field to: 18,3 then 16,5 then 14,7 then
12,9
5) print on back side of those 5 pages start from beginning and select pages
2,19
6) continue in order 4, 17 then 6,15 then 8,13 then 10,11
7) Assemble pages and fold
